Although I didn't make it to Hong Kong with the rest the hC band.  I had a chance to join a one-day mission trip to TJ, Mexico.  I had to get up at 2:30 in the morning in order to catch a ride to Bread of Life Church in Torrance.  Together with people from other churches, about 120 of us started our one day journey.  Most of us felt asleep shortly after we got on the bus.  Crossing the border was a breeze, no problem there, didn't even look at our passports going to Mexico.  Some of us were worried because of the drugs war going on close to the border.  Th

It was Wednesday night, the eve before Thanksgiving.  My buddy was driving and we're on the way to have dinner.  The radio was on FM103.5, a popular radio station on the west coast, its famous tag-line is "Love Songs on the KOST".  I was in the mood for some elevator music that night.
